Barbecue smoked bologna

A guy shows you how to cook a delicious smoked bologna. You will need: wax bologna, knife, chopping board, a core, barbecue sauce, mustard, a teaspoon of paprika, a tablespoon of seasoning salt, a teaspoon of pepper, a teaspoon of garlic powder, fresh lettuce, sliced onions, tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber, oregano, olive oil, vinegar, asparagus wrapped in bacon. Remove the wax from bologna meat using your knife. Make diagonal cuts around the sides of the bologna with about 1/4-inch depth. Make the same diagonal cuts going to the opposite direction of your previous cut to have a criss-cross effect. Drive your core through the middle of the bologna to make a hole. From the chunk removed, cut about an inch thick of it and plug it on one side of the hole. Pour the barbecue sauce into the hole and cover it with the remaining chunk. Coat the sides of the bologna with mustard, including the top and bottom parts. Mix together salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub the seasonings to all the sides of the bologna. Cook the bologna in a smoker at 225 degrees temperature for about 4 hours. For your Greek salad side dish, arrange onions, feta cheese, and cucumbers in a platter. In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, fresh lettuce and oregano. Toss it together with the other vegetables and feta cheese. Season it with some salt, pepper. Take your asparagus wrapped in bacon. Pour in some balsamic vinegar and some salt. Grill the bacon rolls for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, arrange everything in a platter. Enjoy your smoked bologna with the easy steps provided for you.
