This ingredients for bulgogi stew ("jungol"):

* 2 pounds of tenderloin beef

* soy sauce, sugar, honey, garlic, pear, onion

* sesame oil and seeds

* 1 can of beef broth, mushrooms, carrot, green onions

* tofu, onion, and green chili pepper.
