How to Grill a savory pork roast with indirect heat

Apr 18, 2010 04:36 AM

This video demonstrates how to prepare Grilled Savory Pork Roast, prepared with indirect heat. For this, you will need newspaper, charcoal, a charcoal chimney, pepper, garlic, 3 lbs pork roast, a pan filled with water, and onion. To start, combine charcoal and newspaper in a charcoal chimney. Pat the roast dry. Season your roast to taste. If you like, you can add onion and garlic. You can inject it, if you like. Fruit juice or beer can be used. Empty the charcoal on the side of the grill. Place the pan of water on the opposite side of the grill. Place the roast on the grill. Close the lid. Allow it to grill with indirect heat until done: approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Serve.
