BBQweb.com presents a delightful video on how to make "Jack Ribs." The ingredients needed for Jack Ribs are: 4 ilbs of country style pork ribs, three- 8 oz bottles of your favorite bbq sauce, 1 onion, 12 oz of beer or water, and an optional basting sauce. You will also need aluminum foil, an aluminum pan, and a grill to complete the ribs. The first step in making "Jack Ribs" is to get your coals nice and hot. Next, cover up your grill and turn your attention to preparing the meat. Place your ribs in the aluminum pan and pour the 3 bbq sauces over them. At this point you also want to pour in your beer or water, as well as cutting up your onion into the pan. Work the sauce around and into the ribs to get them nice and marinated. Seal your pan up with aluminum foil and place it directly over the hot coals on the grill. Sit back and relax with the rest of the beer from the pack for about 20 to 30 mins. Check the ribs and turn your pan 360 degrees clockwise, moving the pan away from the coals. Close the vent on your grill slightly and go enjoy more beer for another 30 minutes. Lastly, take the ribs out of the pan and place them on the grill until brown. Serve em' up on your best country plate and baste with your sauce if applicable. MMmmmmmmm!!
