Do you like Indian food? Come on along and learn how to make an authentic Indian Shammi Kabob. Simple and delicious! How to make an Indian Shammi Kabob: Add a little oil to your pan, for cooking the meat. Add your spice and chopped onion, and salt. Add ginger paste, and green chilies. Add mint. Add boneless lamb cut into pieces. (You may substitute beef, chicken, or any other meat of your choice. )Add turmeric Allow meat to cook until it is tender, and all moisture evaporated. After your meat is cooked, add chili powder, coriander, and additional spices. . Add chanadel. Place mixture in a mixer, only until kabob is still fibrous. (Meat will be thready). Add a little more salt, and other spices, and mix together. Take boiled egg yolk, and chopped onion with a pinch of salt, chili powder and mix together. Take some kabob mixture, flatten, and stuff with egg yolk mixture. Close and form into a patty shape. You may add egg to the kabob mix to aid in binding. Cook on a flat top griddle in a little melted butter. Cook until browned and then flip over, cook the other side until browned. Serve with mint chutney, and a little lime juice, and a slice of onion with green chili. This recipe is laid out so easily.
