Forget TV dinners, watch this video and sit down to enjoy a delicious salisbury steak. A perfect treat with mushrooms, a side of mashed potatoes, excellent meal for the entire family to enjoy.

Ingredients:

*1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef

*12 ounce can of beef broth

*1/2 cup water

*small onion

*1 teaspoon italian seasoning

*8 or 10 ounces mushrooms

*1 Tablespoon Worcestershire

*1/2 teaspoon ground mustard powder

*1 Tablespoon all purpose flour

*1/4 cup ketchup

*1 egg

Bake for 45 minutes @ 375 degrees
