- 1 Cup of water
- 10 Stalks of celery
- 1 Red onion
- 1 to 2 Chili peppers (include seeds)
- 2-5 Cloves of garlic
- 31 oz of beans (black, kidney, or pinto) drain water
- 30 oz Tomato sauce
- 1 lb Diced Tomatoes (drain water)
- 12oz Tomato Paste
- 1 1/2 lbs of Ground Turkey seasoned overnight
- Season with Cayenne Pepper, Garlic, and anything else you want
Step 1: Heat Up the Oil in Your Pot
Step 2: Add Oil
Step 3: Put in the Ground Turkey
Step 4: Break Down the Meat
Step 5: Let Sit Till Browned
Step 6: Add Your Onions
Mix them in well and caramelize.
Step 7: Add Chili Peppers - Mix
Step 8: Add Beans - Mix
Step 9: Add Tomatoes - Mix
Step 10: Add Tomato Paste
Mix in really really well.
Step 11: Add Tomato Sauce - Mix
Step 12: Add Extra Cayenne Pepper if Need
Step 13: Add Celery
Step 14: Add Water
Step 15: Lower Temp to Simmer
Step 16: Come Back and Stir Consistently
