The Quick and Easy Way to Make BBQ Pork Fried Rice with Vegetables in a Wok

Stir-frying rice and eggs in a wok.

Delicious, Simple & Quick Wok BBQ Pork Fried Rice

Ingredients

3/4 cup long grain white rice

1/3 cup frozen peas

1/2 cup of Chinese black mushrooms

1/2 cup of diced celery

1/2 cup of diced onions

1/2 cup of sliced bbq pork

1 egg

3 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chilli seeds (optional)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

dash of pepper

Directions

1) In a large wok, heat oil over high heat

2) Add vegetables each separately stir briskly for about 45 seconds and transfer to a plate

3) Add oil and bbq pork stir briskly for 1 minute and transfer to a plate

4) Add oil and rice stirring briskly for 3 minutes until rice is crispy & brown

5) Push rice to side of wok then add oil, egg and use spatula to breakup egg

6) Mix in soy sauce, some salt, chilli seeds, vegetables, meat and stir

Serves 2
