this man obviosly doesn't have much experience with dutch ovens. He is obviosuly very poor at the idea of instructional videos!
He "might flip it once or twice" True proper dutch oven cooking such as Pot Roasts don't require ANY flipping. Once the lid is on a dutch oven, the lid needs to stay on until its done.
Granted it may have "tasted good" when it was done, but when used properly it is even better.
